Please note that your order will be sent to our production center.

Your order should arrive within two weeks. However, if the item is out of stock at our production center, it might take more time.

Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your order to you in a timely manner.

Returns

Our objective is your entire satisfaction and for you to wear and/or use your item with pride! If you are not entirely satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us. However, please note that we are a charity, and not a big shopping center. In this sense, we can reimburse for damaged items, but we cannot offer you a free replacement item if you order the wrong size.

We have 30 days to return your damaged item. The item must not have been worn, and must still have the tags in place.

The return address can be found on the shipping box. However, contact us before making a return so we can guide you.
